Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our branches across Kerala. The role requires regular travel to different BEAT branches to monitor operations, coordinate teams, ensure performance, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly travel to BEAT branches across Kerala for operational monitoring.
Manage and monitor day-to-day activities of different branches.
Coordinate with Branch Managers, Center Heads, HR, Academic, and Sales teams.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, targets, and productivity.
Conduct regular branch visits and identify operational issues.
Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Support branches in resolving operational and administrative issues.




Monitor branch performance and submit regular reports to management.
Coordinate with management regarding branch requirements and improvements.
Support new branch operations and implementation of company processes.
Conduct meetings and follow-ups with branch teams during visits.
Ensure smooth coordination between the corporate office and branches.
Handle other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in operations or branch management.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across Kerala.
Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
