Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory safety requirements.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify hazards.
Monitor PPE usage, machine safety, fire safety, and housekeeping.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
Conduct emergency drills and support fire & emergency preparedness.
Maintain safety records, reports, inspection checklists, and training records.
Coordinate with employees, contractors, and management to maintain a protected workplace.
Support safety audits and ensure timely closure of safety observations.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety.

Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing industry preferred.

Skills: Valuable communication, risk assessment, safety inspection, incident investigation, and knowledge of statutory safety requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
