Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and experienced candidates for the FC-ISR role. The candidate will be responsible for developing tertiary sales and increasing the usage of premium and new products among furniture units.

This role involves regular field visits, product demonstrations, relationship building, market intelligence, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop tertiary sales in the assigned territory.

Increase the usage and contribution of premium and recent products in furniture units.

Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer network.

Trade Relationship & User Network Management

Identify and enroll new furniture units.

Develop product usage among assigned furniture units.

Conduct regular one-to-one visits and practical product demonstrations.





Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture unit owners and users.

Market & Category Inputs

Collect and share regular market updates.

Track competitor activities and market trends.

Identify customer requirements and new business opportunities.

User Engagement & Demand Generation

Generate demand through product training and regular unit visits.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.

Organize and support user engagement activities.

Assist in conducting furniture unit owner meets, polisher meets, and product training sessions.

Candidate Profile

Experience:1–2 years of relevant Sales or Business Development experience.

Experience in field sales is preferred.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
