Job Summary

MSI Communications is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliation, and financial analysis, with the ability to independently manage key finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and review P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, MIS reports, and financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks,



and external stakeholders.
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Identify discrepancies, financial gaps, and process improvements.
Prepare financial insights and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
