HR INTERN – TRAVEL & HR OPERATIONS

Travel: Frequent travel required as per business requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Travel-Friendly HR Intern who is interested in gaining practical exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Field HR activities.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling to different stores, offices and operational locations as required by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Support recruitment, candidate coordination and interview scheduling.

Assist with employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.

Coordinate with employees and store/location teams for HR-related requirements.

Support attendance, leave and employee data management.

Visit stores and locations for HR-related activities, employee coordination and data collection.

Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers and MIS.

Support the HR team in other operational and field-related activities as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

MBA,



BBA or PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Must be comfortable with travelling as per company requirements.

Should be travel-friendly, proactive and adaptable.

Willingness to work across different locations and interact with employees at various levels.

Solid learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
