Hotel Manager – Quest Regency, Jamshedpur

Quest Regency is a boutique hotel on Main Road, Golmuri, Jamshedpur, with an in-house restaurant. We're hiring a Hotel Manager to run day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Run front office, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant operations
Manage room pricing and bookings across OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com)
Deliver excellent service to corporate and leisure guests, and resolve complaints promptly
Coordinate banquet and event bookings
Manage, train and roster hotel staff
Control costs and submit daily and monthly reports to the Owner
Maintain licences and compliance (fire, FSSAI, guest registration)

Requirements
5–8 years of hotel experience, with at least 2 years as Front Office Manager, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
Hands-on experience with PMS software and OTA extranets
Positive communication in Hindi and English
Hotel Management degree or diploma preferred

Salary: ₹35,000–50,000 per month plus performance incentive, based on experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
