Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Server Engineer to support the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
Monitor server performance, availability, CPU, memory, disk space, and system health.
Troubleshoot server, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
Perform user and access management, including Active Directory administration.
Manage basic DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and network configurations.
Apply operating system patches, updates, and security fixes.
Monitor backups and assist with backup/restore operations.
Support VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization settings.
Review system logs and respond to monitoring alerts.




Assist with server hardware, storage, and infrastructure maintenance.
Maintain server documentation, asset records, and configuration details.
Follow incident, change, and security management procedures.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V.
Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or command-line tools.
Understanding of server backup and monitoring concepts.
Positive troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skill

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
