We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Purchase Executive to assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities. The candidate will support vendor coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) under guidance
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
Compare quotations and assist in price analysis
Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
Follow up with suppliers for material delivery and pending items
Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Accounts teams for material requirements
Assist in invoice verification and GRN-related documentation
Ensure proper filing of purchase-related documents (physical & digital)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Any stream; Commerce or Engineering preferred)
Valuable communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills
