PURCHASE ASSOCIATE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Purchase associate
Department: Purchase / Procurement
Required Languages:
Hindi – Mandatory
Tamil – Required
English – Required
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate with suppliers/vendors.
Source materials and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and other departments.
Maintain vendor details and purchase documentation.
Check received materials and coordinate for any shortages or issues.
Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Pay: ₹15,000.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
