Telecalling / Call Executive (Office-based)
Contact customers regarding pending EMI and loan repayments.
Follow up politely and consistently to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily call logs and repayment records.
Field Collection Executive (On-field)
Visit customer locations for address verification and recovery collections.
Collect payments and issue receipts per bank guidelines.
Coordinate with the internal calling team on delinquent accounts.

Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: Freshers welcome — no prior experience required.
Key Trait: High work ethic, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or any graduate.
Skills: Transparent communication in Hindi and local language; negotiation ability.
For Field Executives Only: Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler mandatory.
