We are seeking an accomplished Cosmetologist and Product Formulator with a passion for creating exceptional skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
The ideal candidate should possess strong formulation expertise and a deep understanding of premium, performance-driven products comparable to leading brands in the luxury Ayurveda, clean beauty, and science-backed skincare segments.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
Strong knowledge of active ingredients, botanicals, essential oils, emulsions, surfactants, and up-to-date cosmetic technologies.
Ability to develop cutting-edge, stable, and market-ready formulations across skincare, haircare, and wellness categories.
Understanding of product efficacy, stability testing, ingredient compatibility, and regulatory requirements.
Strong research capabilities with awareness of global beauty trends and emerging ingredients.
A creative mindset combined with scientific rigor and attention to detail.
