About Us:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
