Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PCB Soldering Technician with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PCB soldering and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform through-hole and/or SMD PCB soldering.
Assemble, solder, and rework electronic components on PCBs.
Inspect solder joints and ensure quality standards.
Identify and rectify soldering defects and component issues.
Handle soldering tools and equipment safely.
Follow production, ESD, and quality procedures.
Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant PCB soldering experience.
Good knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
Ability to perform soldering, desoldering, and rework.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to work in a contract role.
