ESES Bio Wealth makes EF Wood™, a Made-in-India strand woven engineered bamboo for flooring, cladding,

panelling, ceilings and decking. It is BMTPC certified, GRIHA listed, and installed at PMO Central Vista, Bihar

Vidhan Sabha, the Assam Legislative Assembly and Guwahati Airport Terminal 2.

The role

Lead government and institutional sales across Assam, the Northeast and central projects in Delhi — from getting

EF Wood™ specified, through winning tenders, to collecting payment. 40–50% travel.

Key responsibilities
Map upcoming government projects and get EF Wood™ written into BOQs, SORs and DSR items before NITs

are published.
Drive empanelment with PWD, CPWD, NBCC, housing boards and PSUs, using the Assam PWD 5% bamboo

mandate and PPP-MII Order 2017.
Track NITs on CPPP, GeM and state portals; prepare technical bids, compliance documents and rate

analyses.
Win supply orders from L1 contractors and see them through delivery and installation.




Own RA bills and collections; report weekly on pipeline and Net Collected Value.
Build a 2–3 member sales and tender team within 12 months.

Qualifications

6–10 years selling building materials, interiors or infra products to government departments, PSUs or their
Proven record of getting products specified and winning tenders.
Fluent in BOQs, NITs, LOAs, RA bills, SOR / DSR, EMD / BG and GeM / CPPP.
Relationships with PWD, CPWD or NBCC engineers, PMCs or major contractors in the Northeast or Delhi.
Fluent English and Hindi; Assamese strongly preferred.
Degree in civil engineering, architecture or business. Green-building (GRIHA / IGBC) exposure is a plus.
