Key Responsibilities
Desktop & Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
Installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications
Troubleshooting printers, scanners and other peripherals
Basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, switches & routers
Hardware installation, replacement and preventive maintenance
Basic troubleshooting of servers and network devices
CCTV and other IT infrastructure support
On-site support at customer locations
Maintain service reports and asset records
Skills Required
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent in Computer/IT field
Positive knowledge of computer hardware & Windows OS
Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Added Advantage
Knowledge of Servers, Firewall, CCTV, Microsoft Licensing, Tally Prime and Endpoint Security will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
