Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented Banking Sales Officer to join our retail banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, selling banking products and services (such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products), and cross-selling to existing clients to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Conduct field visits, tele-calling, and networking activities to acquire new retail or corporate banking clients.
Product Sales: Sell core banking products, including Current & Savings Accounts (CASA), Fixed Deposits, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Home Loans, and Credit Cards.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Analyze existing customer profiles to identify financial needs and offer suitable third-party financial products like mutual funds, term insurance, and general insurance.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid ongoing relationships with individual and small-business customers to encourage brand loyalty and client referrals.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Convert leads provided by branch walk-ins, digital marketing campaigns,



and corporate tie-ups into active accounts.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, loan applications, and account opening forms in accordance with banking regulations and risk policies.

Core Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or insurance (fresh graduates with high sales drive are also eligible for entry-level tracks).
Skills: Robust negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Product Knowledge: Positive understanding of retail banking products, credit evaluation basics, and competitive market dynamics.
Mobility: Willingness to undertake local field travel for customer meetings and lead generation activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
