Job Title: Project Manager-Fresher
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers
Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA from IITs or premier institutes
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated IIT fresher to join our technology team as a Graduate Trainee – IT. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to enterprise technology projects and work closely with senior technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support IT projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
Work with technical teams to understand requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track project progress.
Participate in problem-solving, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Learn and work with relevant IT tools, technologies, and project management methodologies.




Support senior managers in project tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of software development/IT concepts.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
Solid ownership, teamwork, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
IIT B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA graduate with strong academic performance.
Exposure to coding, data analytics, cloud, AI/ML, or project management through academic projects/internships.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
