Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Brand & Sales Manager to lead brand building, sales growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, driving sales performance, and expanding business through both online and offline channels.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Build robust brand positioning and enhance brand visibility across digital and offline channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate recent business opportunities through partnerships, distributors, retailers, clinics, salons, and healthcare professionals.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs,



industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
Develop and implement customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, marketing effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Wellness, Healthcare, or Consumer Brands preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
