Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sodium silicate products.
Identify and approach potential customers and industrial buyers.
Generate new leads through market research, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements regarding grade, concentration, packing, quantity, and application.
Promote sodium silicate to industries such as:
Detergent and cleaning products
Pulp & paper
Textile
Foundry
Construction and cement
Welding electrodes
Water treatment
Ceramics
Silica/chemical manufacturing
Other industrial applications
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and coordinate order closure.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on payments and support the credit-control process.




Visit customers regularly to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the technical/quality team for resolution.
Prepare sales reports, customer databases, forecasts, and market-development plans.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of sodium silicate and its industrial applications.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop B2B industrial customers.
Positive understanding of sales follow-up and lead conversion.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Robust customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
