Collaborate with senior engineers to develop detailed designs and plans for tower structures. considering factors like load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, and overall stability.
Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions, analyze potential challenges, and identify appropriate construction methods.
Oversee the construction process, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors’ subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient and safe execution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of all activities and changes throughout the project's life cycle.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the original plan.
Promote a safety-first culture in office and ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed by the construction team.
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.




Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering.
1 to 2 years of skilled experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to construction projects or tower-related work.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work in various weather conditions as necessary
