About the Role

Visa Square Immigration is looking for a confident, smart, active, and responsible General Manager who can efficiently manage daily office operations, coordinate with different departments, handle staff, and ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day office operations and overall workflow.
Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Counselling, Filing, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and discipline.
Set daily/weekly targets and ensure timely achievement of team goals.
Handle client-related matters and resolve operational issues professionally.
Ensure proper coordination and communication between management and employees.
Take responsibility for important administrative and operational decisions.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance wherever required.
Monitor reports, work progress,



and departmental performance.
Maintain a qualified, positive, and disciplined work setting.
Identify problems quickly and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Support management in implementing company policies, processes, and business strategies.

Candidate Requirements
4–5 years of relevant work experience in management, sales management, experience of Visa Counselling
Candidate should be confident, active, smart, and well-organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and team-management abilities.
Positive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
Should have a professional personality and presentable appearance.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting/management tools.
Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Ability to independently handle situations and coordinate with senior management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
