Core Responsibilities
Staff Oversight: Direct, schedule, and assign daily tasks to floor employees (such as sales associates, servers, or machine operators).
Training & Onboarding: Help current hires learn workplace policies, safety rules, and daily procedures.
Workflow & Quality Control: Monitor the floor continuously to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer complaints, handle staff shortages, or fix minor equipment/inventory issues.
Reporting: Track attendance, record shift performance, and report metrics to senior management or human resources.
