Experienced Salon Manager – Neofair Salons

Neofair Salons is looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and staff
Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Monitor sales, bookings, targets, and salon performance
Manage staff schedules and attendance
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Maintain salon hygiene, quality, and service standards
Support marketing activities and business growth

Requirements
Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
Solid leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Valuable knowledge of salon operations and services
Ability to manage sales targets and daily operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Tamil and English required; Hindi preferred
