About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, polite and patient-focused Telecalling Executive to handle patient enquiries, follow-ups and appointment bookings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills [English, Hindi, local language]and a skilled telephone manner, with the ability to explain MRI, CT and Pathology services clearly and convert genuine enquiries into confirmed appointments.
