Job Description
Kataline Limited is looking for a Sales Executive – Road Marking & Road Safety Solutions for our Udaipur location.
The candidate will be responsible for developing sales prospects with government departments, infrastructure contractors, dealers and distributors. The role involves extensive field travel, government tendering, customer relationship management and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop sales opportunities with PWD, NHAI, municipal bodies and infrastructure contractors.
Track and respond to relevant government tenders.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with engineers and procurement teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.
Coordinate with technical and production teams for customer requirements and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with customers, contractors and channel partners.
Required Skills
3–7 years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Technical Sales.
Experience in paints, construction materials, infrastructure or industrial equipment is preferred.
Understanding of government tendering and procurement processes.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduate degree.
Own vehicle preferred.
Preferred Experience
Road marking paints / thermoplastic products.
Road safety equipment.
Infrastructure or highway-related products.
Existing network with PWD / NHAI / contractors.
Dealer/distributor network management.
Experience with Salesforce or similar sales/CRM software.
