We are looking for Computer Operators to support our QA and documentation teams at our WHO-GMP certified manufacturing plant in Panchkula. The role involves data entry, record-keeping, and document issuance under proper guidance. Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in MS Excel, MS Word, and plant software.
Issue and maintain controlled documents such as logbooks, formats, and batch records (BMR/BPR) as instructed.
Maintain control sample registers and documentation logs systematically.
Organize physical and electronic filing with proper tracking, indexing, and numbering.
Handle document scanning, printing, photocopying, and archival duties.
Prepare daily and weekly status updates and basic MIS reports.
Follow good documentation practices (GDP) and uphold strict data integrity standards.
Coordinate with QA, Production,



and other departments to ensure timely document support.

Requirements
Experience: Freshers welcome. Fresher in computer operation, data entry, or back-office administration.
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Skills:
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Neat record-keeping and robust attention to detail.
Explicit communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Personal Traits:
Disciplined, sincere, and reliable.
Looking for a long-term, stable role.
Willing to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow instructions diligently.
