Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise mobility and security solutions.
Solid knowledge of device management, configuration policies, and compliance settings.
Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with cloud-based management platforms and integration with other IT services.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
