About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive recent business prospects, and contribute to the growth of the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT/software sales, client acquisition, team management, and business development. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, bringing in current clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently works towards its targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales/business development team.
Assign targets and responsibilities to team members and track their performance.
Conduct regular team discussions and performance reviews.
Guide team members on lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support team members in handling challenging leads and client discussions.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:
IT Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Mobile applications: 2 years (Preferred)
SaaS: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
