Provide medical care and monitoring to IPD patients during the night shift.
Duty: 12-hour night shift as per hospital roster.
Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical management.
Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of patients.
Follow treatment plans and instructions given by consultants.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes and clinical documentation.
Review investigation reports and report critical findings promptly.
Handle medical emergencies and initiate appropriate resuscitation measures.
Conduct regular rounds and identify any deterioration in patient condition.
Ensure timely implementation of medication and treatment orders.
Provide proper shift handover to the incoming RMO.
Follow hospital SOPs, infection-control practices and NABH standards.
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, procedures and adverse events.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
