Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Grill & Charcoal Master with strong hands-on expertise in preparing and cooking grilled and charcoal-based dishes in a commercial kitchen workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook grilled and charcoal items according to restaurant standards.
Handle marination, seasoning, and cooking of chicken, meat, and other grill items.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Manage the grill station efficiently, especially during busy hours.
Monitor ingredient usage and control food wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the grill station.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of grill and kitchen equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Grill/Charcoal Chef or Master.




Strong practical knowledge of grilling and charcoal cooking techniques.
Experience with chicken, meat, and other grilled preparations.
Good understanding of marination, seasoning, temperature control, and cooking times.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

General Requirements
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant workplace.
Good teamwork, discipline, and a professional attitude.
Immediate joining preferred.
Candidates from Odisha, Bihar, and other states are welcome.
Food/accommodation can be discussed with the employer.
