Site Supervisor

Location: Civil Aerodrome Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage the workforce effectively.
Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, material records, and related paperwork.
Monitor safety procedures and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working setting.
Monitor material usage and raise material requirements in a timely manner.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Inspect the quality of work and ensure compliance with company and project standards.




Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and progress.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or a related construction role.
BE / Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Robust leadership, communication, and workforce-management skills.
Ability to handle labour, site challenges, and day-to-day operational issues.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, is preferred.
Coimbatore-based candidates will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
