Key Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily courier and logistics operations including pickups, shipments, dispatches and deliveries.

Coordinate with delivery executives, pickup staff, branches, hubs and transport teams.

Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Track delayed, pending, misrouted, returned and undelivered shipments and take necessary action.

Coordinate for re-attempt deliveries and resolve operational issues.

Verify shipment details including consignee/consignor information, addresses, contact numbers and package details.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, shipment records and delivery status reports.

Coordinate with customers regarding pickup schedules, delivery issues and shipment requirements when required.

Handle and resolve operational queries related to missing, delayed, damaged or returned shipments.





Ensure proper coordination between customer care, warehouse/hub, delivery and transport teams.

Monitor the performance and productivity of delivery staff and escalate operational concerns to the supervisor.

Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of shipment information in the courier/logistics software or system.

Coordinate with vendors/transporters for smooth movement of shipments where required.

Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day branch/hub operations.

Escalate critical operational issues to management and follow through until resolution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain service quality and turnaround time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
