Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our slaughterhouse facility in Hapur. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting, GST, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt and expense entries.
Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation and TDS-related work.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and other accounting documents.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, customers,



banks and internal departments.
Prepare MIS and other accounting reports as required by management.
Ensure timely completion of month-end closing and statutory accounting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualification
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and taxation basics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Experience in meat, food processing, manufacturing, or slaughterhouse industry will be preferred.
Positive communication, accuracy and analytical skills.
Candidate should be comfortable working at a slaughterhouse/factory location in Hapur.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
