Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase laboratory business and customer base.
Identify and approach potential clients from food industries, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing units, hospitals, institutions, water treatment plants, apartments and other industries.
Generate current business leads and convert them into regular customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote laboratory testing services including Food, Water, Microbiological, Chemical, Environmental and Air Quality Testing.
Coordinate with the laboratory and technical team regarding customer requirements, quotations, sample collection and reports.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and business enquiries.
Conduct regular client visits and market surveys.
Manage and guide marketing executives and customer relationship personnel.
Monitor daily/weekly marketing activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Develop corporate tie-ups and long-term business relationships.




Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for management.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid sales and business-development skills.
Ability to build professional client relationships.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Leadership and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Experience in laboratory testing, food industry, environmental services, water testing or related industries will be an advantage.

Eligibility:
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills or experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
