Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help schools understand how technology can make their transportation systems safer, more transparent and easier to manage.

This is a B2B sales role involving prospecting, customer meetings, product demonstrations and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential school customers.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals and networking.
Connect with school management and transport decision-makers.
Understand customer needs and present suitable Xplor solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and handle basic objections.
Follow up with prospects and support deal closure.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Build robust customer relationships and collect feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams during customer onboarding.





What Success Looks Like

Month 1: Learn the product, target market and sales process; build a prospect pipeline.
Month 3: Independently prospect, conduct meetings and manage follow-ups.
Month 6: Consistently contribute to sales targets and manage your own pipeline.

Who You Are
Confident and comfortable speaking with current people.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Persistent and comfortable with rejection.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel for customer meetings.
Previous SaaS or software-sales experience is not required.
