Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules and instructions from the Production Supervisor.
Set up machines and make basic adjustments as required.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Check product dimensions, quality, and finishing during production.
Maintain the required production quantity and quality standards.
Identify machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or unusual sounds and immediately report them.
Carry out basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine machine maintenance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Follow all factory safety rules, PPE requirements, and operating procedures.
Maintain production and machine-operation records as required.
Reduce material wastage and prevent damage to products.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams during machine issues.
Assist in loading, unloading, and other production activities when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes.
Ability to read basic measurements and production instructions.
Positive attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.
Willingness to follow company rules and instructions.
