Canadian Immigration Legal Writer / Submission Specialist

We are looking for a strong legal writer with excellent English and analytical skills to join our Canadian immigration team.

The ideal candidate should have a law background (LL.B./B.A. LL.B. preferred) and experience in Canadian immigration, legal drafting, immigration case processing, or working with an RCIC/immigration lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft professional submission letters, LOEs, PFL responses, reconsideration/refusal responses, restoration letters and relationship narratives
Prepare solid written submissions for study permits, work permits, PR and other immigration applications
Review client history and supporting documents to build a transparent and persuasive case narrative
Conduct research on IRCC policies, IRPA, IRPR and relevant immigration requirements
Identify inconsistencies,



weaknesses, missing information and supporting evidence
Ensure all submissions are accurate, qualified and based strictly on the client's facts

Preferred Candidate:
LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or similar legal background
Excellent written English
Strong research, reasoning and storytelling abilities
Canadian immigration experience highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex cases

We are looking for someone who can combine legal thinking with persuasive, evidence-based writing. This is not a general content-writing position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
