Manglish World Study Abroad & Immigration is looking for a CRM Software Handler to join our team in Thrissur.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain the company CRM system.
Assign leads to respective team members and monitor lead follow-ups.
Ensure employees update customer details, follow-ups, and notes accurately in the CRM.
Monitor CRM activities and prepare basic reports when required.
Coordinate with different departments regarding CRM-related activities.
Identify and report CRM issues or data inconsistencies.
Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated records.
Provide basic assistance and guidance to employees in using the CRM.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
