We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Specialist with a solid background in Banking, NBFC, or BFSI loan sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, client acquisition, and selling secured or unsecured loan products. This role requires frequent customer meetings, business development, and relationship management to achieve monthly sales targets.

Role & responsibilities
Generate new business through field sales and lead generation activities.
Visit SMEs, traders, business owners, and individual customers to identify
financing needs.
Promote and sell Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital
Finance, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and other lending products.
Build and maintain referral networks with Chartered Accountants, Builders, Real
Estate Consultants, Auto Dealers, and other channel partners.




Collect customer documents and coordinate with the internal team for smooth
loan processing.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales, lead conversion, and loan disbursement targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Preferred candidate profile B.COM, M.COM / MBA/ OR any relevant finance field candidates can apply

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
