Follow up with customers sale to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Address client queries and provide necessary guidance on software usage.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects.
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Pay: ₹8,894.75 - ₹28,805.69 per month
