Process customer bills accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI and other payment modes.
Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
Verify prices, discounts, offers and loyalty points before billing.
Handle returns, exchanges and cancellations as per company policy.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports.
Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth billing.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
Ensure proper handling and security of cash and documents.
