HR Intern – Statutory & HR Operations

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi – SLBS
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 during probation
Post-Probation: Salary/compensation based on performance

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team with statutory compliance, documentation, data management, and HR/Admin operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with PF & ESI-related documentation and statutory activities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records
Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports and trackers
Handle basic HR data entry and documentation
Support day-to-day HR administration and operational activities
Coordinate with employees and internal teams for required documents and information
Maintain proper filing and records of employee/statutory documents
Provide general administrative support to the HR department





Eligibility
Freshers / HR graduates or candidates pursuing MBA/PGDM/degree in HR can apply
Basic knowledge of PF, ESI and HR documentation will be an advantage
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn
Candidates interested in building a career in HR Operations & Statutory Compliance are preferred

Note: This role is focused on HR Operations, Statutory Work, Documentation and Administration. Recruitment/hiring support is not required.

Probation: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 stipend
After Probation: Compensation will be decided based on performance.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
