Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our silver jewellery company (Agra Chains Private Limited). This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate silver jewellery solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.




Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Passion for jewellery and an understanding of silver jewellery trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
