Join Royale Dreamz, a pre-owned luxury car dealership in Sector 31, Noida. Work directly with the founder, learn the premium car market and own customer conversations from first enquiry to delivery. We welcome ambitious recent graduates and early-career sellers. A strong academic record from a leading college is a plus; we assess everyone through the same practical sales exercise.

What you will do:

Call current and existing leads throughout the day, qualify buyers and follow up reliably.

Understand customer needs and budgets, present suitable cars and book showroom visits and test drives.

Source buyers and vehicle opportunities, negotiate with the founder and help close deals.

Keep accurate lead, appointment and deal records.

What we are looking for:

Fluent spoken English and Hindi, with confident and thoughtful customer communication.

Strong initiative, commercial judgment, organisation and willingness to make frequent outbound calls.

Graduate with evidence of achievement, leadership or relevant internships/projects. Prior car, premium retail or consultative sales experience is preferred, but solid early-career candidates are welcome.

Genuine interest in cars.



Driving licence preferred.

Pay and schedule: ₹20,000–30,000 fixed per month depending on fit, plus performance incentives with potential to earn about ₹10,000–20,000 in a month at agreed sales milestones. Incentives are variable, not guaranteed. Full time on site, 10 am–7 pm, six days a week including weekends, with one weekday off.

Hiring process: Shortlisted applicants complete a brief video or audio conversation and a customer-call role-play before any office interview.
