Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the nursing college.
Ensure compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC), State Nursing Council, university, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Plan and monitor academic programs, curriculum implementation, examinations, and student assessments.
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching faculty.
Prepare faculty workload, timetables, academic calendars, and departmental schedules.
Ensure adequate clinical training and practical exposure for nursing students.
Coordinate with hospitals and clinical partners for student postings and training.
Monitor students' attendance, discipline, academic performance, and clinical competency.
Maintain and review academic, student, faculty, examination, and regulatory records.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
