Madhubani Infra & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and its design arm, Kathasaram Studio - a growing Trivandrum-based group working across hospitality, technology & design. Since the launch of our current products & services, we need a driven person to be the face of these products in the market.

What You'll Do

You will be our sales executive, working across three areas:
Hospitality software: Sell our Property Management Software and companion app to guest houses, hotels, homestays and resorts in Trivandrum that list on OTAs like Booking.com, Goibibo and Agoda. You'll learn the product, demo it, and onboard stays. Our first big goal is to sign up the first 20 properties.
Architecture and interior design leads: Scout and approach residential associations, builders, upcoming residential towers, villa projects, new retail spaces and restaurants, and bring design projects to our studio.
Sales tracker app: Pitch our field-sales tracking app to companies whose salesmen travel a lot.

Commission on every sale you secure across all three product and service lines
Milestone bonuses as you hit every 20 onboarded customers on the hospitality software.

Who We're Looking For
Preferably 1+ years of field or B2B sales experience
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (mandatory)
Based in or around Trivandrum
Good communication in Malayalam and English
Self-motivated, organised and persistent

Working Hours

Full-time, 8 hours a day (40 hours a week). You'll log your start and end of day with an odometer reading to calculate your petrol allowance.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month
