About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing gym interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, quality checking, and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
Execute civil and interior works as per approved drawings and standards.
Read and understand civil/interior drawings and specifications.
Conduct site measurements and ensure accurate execution.
Monitor work quality, materials, and project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
Prepare and monitor daily site progress reports.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.




Travel to different project sites as required.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant site execution experience.
Positive knowledge of civil and interior execution works.
Solid understanding of drawings, measurements, and site procedures.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
Willingness to travel to different project locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
