Job Summary

AMSOL IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to connect with potential clients, introduce our company's services, identify business opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's products and services.
Identify interested prospects and qualify leads based on business requirements.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment details.
Update lead information and daily activity reports in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are completed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Tamil.




Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Positive follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.
