Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors and chemists in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per company objectives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Regularly plan and execute field visits, product detailing, and follow-ups.
Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and report the same to the management.
Ensure proper implementation of promotional strategies and campaigns.
Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and other required documentation.
Candidate criteria:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products to doctors and chemists.
Experience in ethical pharma sales will be preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
