Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser Secretary to the CEO to provide merchandising, coordination, follow-up, and administrative support to the CEO in a garments manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the CEO on merchandising and customer-related activities.

Follow up with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Coordinate with production, sampling, purchase, and other departments.

Track order status, samples, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Prepare reports, updates, and presentations as required.

Maintain records and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks.

Handle emails, calls, meetings, and business communications.





Support the CEO in day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in garment merchandising / export merchandising / CEO office coordination.

Solid communication and follow-up skills.

Valuable knowledge of garment merchandising processes.

Good coordination and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with senior management.

Garments / apparel industry experience is preferred.
